New applicant changed their mind about applying to board.
I have an applicant that submitted for 3 boards but has changed their mind about one of them. Can I remove that board before I validate the application?
Absolutely!! When you click to view the application all you need to do is click on the red trash can next to the board you want to remove.
Now all you need to do is validate the application and it will only go to the boards that remain.

Click Settings in the left-hand navigation pane and then click Board Application Statuses to create a custom status. You can add members that served on the board as far back as you wish. We have municipalities that have board members listed going back decades! Go into Manage Board and under Actions choose Add History. It will bring you to the Add History screen ...Manage Applications
