Validate application and add member to seat on board


After viewing the application if everything looks good and has the needed information click on Validate and then Create New Record 

  


On the next screen look through the fields and confirm everything looks ok and add any missing any needed information. Then at the bottom of the page click on Submit. 

 

 


The application has been submitted as a member. From here you can see under Application History that he is assigned to the board the applicant applied to.

 


Go to the board in question and manage and you will see that the member is listed under Validated Applications.

 


You can now appoint the new member to a new or existing board seat. You can also set the appointed date and start date (the start date defaults to the current date).
