How do I remove or hide an applicant / application when running Applications reports?

Click Settings in the left-hand navigation pane and then click Board Application Statuses to create a custom status. On the right you will see Create New Board Application Status with a field for a custom name (i.e. Ineligible; On Another Board; Hidden) and choose the color you want for the new status. Check the box labeled Hides application on board view – which will then hide the applicant and application once you apply the status.

To apply the new status, click Applications in the left-hand navigation pane and click View next to the application you want to hide. On the far right use the gear-button(s) under Actions to change an applicant’s status.

Use the drop-down menu to apply your custom Status (and, optionally, add a comment that will be time-stamped).

You will no longer see the application when running application reports, or on the board page. You can still view the application from the board page if you click the link text that reads click here to view those applications.
