How do I remove or hide an applicant / application when running Applications reports?
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation pane and then
click Board Application Statuses to create a custom status. On the right
you will see Create New Board Application Status with a field for a
custom name (i.e. Ineligible; On Another Board; Hidden) and choose the color
you want for the new status. Check the box labeled Hides application on
board view – which will then hide the applicant and application once you apply
the status.
Application Status - Checkbox for HiddenTo apply the new status, click Applications in the
left-hand navigation pane and click View next to the application you
want to hide. On the far right use the gear-button(s) under Actions to
change an applicant’s status.
