Manage Applications

Under Manage Applications you will see the received application.


 


 

Click on View and then if you see that everything is in order with this application make note of what Board and/or Seat that the applicant is applying for you click on Validate to acknowledge that the application has been received.
 


You will then see the application with the applicant's seat history (if any) and application history. Click on the Board in the application history. 

 


Here you can change the status of the application and add comments. In this case you want to reject the application you either client on the reject button or if you want to add a comment write the comment and change status to rejected.



 


You will now see that the application has been rejected.


You can also delete the comment and change the application status back to pending or whatever status you wish.
