I cannot delete an Attendance Status label in our platform
I cannot delete an Attendance Status label in our platform. I am looking to remove “Absent (Unexcused)” from our list of statuses.
The reason that the "Absent (Unexcused)" cannot be deleted is because it is currently being used in one or more of your meetings. If a status is currently being used you will not be able to delete that status until it is no longer being used.
This also goes for any other setting that has been set up such as Board Application Statuses, Board Types and Seat Types.
For this particular case you can run an Attendance Report and look for all attendances that are using this status.
These are the results I found. I will leave it to you to make changes but once these recorded attendances are changed you should be able to delete that lab
