If you have not validated the application, you can edit the application and update that information.
Once an application is validated, it is “static”, meaning that it CAN NOT be changed. However, there are a few ways around this:
- IF the member does not have any seat history, you can delete the member. When that happens, the system will see the application and ask you if you would like to put the application back into “Received” status. Doing this will allow you to edit and then validate the application over again.
- If the member does have seat history, the application can be renewed.
- When you renew, it will ask if you want to renew today or when it expires. If you renew today, it is good for X years from now, as opposed to X years from when they initially applied. However, you will get the opportunity to edit and update the application.
- You can then mark the old application as Mark for Purge and purge it out of the system.
