How do I turn off "Contact Board Members" button for a committee?

You can remove the Contact Board Members button (see image below) on the public portal in the board definitions page.

First, navigate to the your board by clicking Manage. Now click Edit Board at the top of the board page. 
At the far right, find the checkbox labeled labeled Allow email board (Enable button on the frontend)

Uncheck this box, scroll down and Save. The public portal will no longer have the contact members button.
