Applications Report to email applicants

Email applicants using the Application Report. Click Reports in the left-hand navigation panel and then click Application
Select which boards you want to include in the report – note that OnBoardGOV will include all boards unless you choose specific boards in the Boards dropdown field. Use the Application Status field to choose which applicants you need (selecting Validated here will remove new applicants that have not been validated, as well as expired or any other custom status you have created.)
Once you have the fields on the Application Report page configured to your needs, click Run Report

You will now see the Email Applicants button which allows you to email all the applicants by clicking the Email button to automatically open your default email service. You can also click Copy to clipboard if you prefer to send a group email using the BCC (blind copy) option. 
There are buttons to Save, Reconfigure the report (add or remove fields), Print (on paper or saved as PDF, and Export which downloads a spreadsheet of the report results.
