E-mailing ONLY current / active board members

You can run a Board Member report to get all active members and then email directly off that report. 

In the Reports section of the left hand navigation pane, choose Board Member. 

Choose the items you want in your report in the Columns to include in the report data dropdown menu. 

Now click Filter by Seat... to expand that section and select Active in the Appointment Status dropdown.

Click the Run Report button at the bottom and you will get only those members currently in a seat across all of your boards. You will then see the Email Members button and can email all members.
