applications module form language

Application Messages - Form, Closed, and Confirmation screens

The Applications module allows you to customize the language on the application form, the on-screen message applicants see after submitting, and the email the applicant receives immediately upon submitting the application.

Click Settings in the left-hand navigation panel, then click Applications at the top (image below).

In the Configure Application Settings screen you can customize the language at the top of your public application page in the Form Directions field. You can customize the language the public will see if the board is not currently accepting applications using the Applications closed message field. The Confirmation message is the final screen the applicant will see after they submit the application and is also customizable. Once you have made changes, scroll down and Save.
