Custom Question - Restrict and Exclude from certain boards on Applications
You can create Custom Questions and apply
those questions to only certain boards. Click Settings on the
bottom left navigation panel, then click Applications at the
top right under Configure Fields.
Some of the basic information will remain the same on the
application. Those items are in the top four fields of your Application
Settings, labeled as Profile, Documents, Work,
and Additional.
To create a new question, click the Add Custom Question
button.
When creating the custom question you can use the drop-down menu for the field named Board Restriction Type and select Restrict. You will then see the new field named Restrict this question to the following boards. Under that drop-down menu you can select the boards you want to use this new question by checking the box next to all boards you want to have this new question. (You could also use Exclude prevent the question from appearing on certain boards - whichever function has less board checkboxes to select.)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save, then
that question will appear only for the boards you selected when applicants
apply. You can create any number of questions this way and include them in only
the boards you choose.
