Can the board members contact information be removed from public view?
Member’s basic information as well
as any Custom Field can be removed from Public View on the Configuration Board

Go to: Settings >Configure Fields > Board Members >Basic Information
Can a resume be a requirement for an application?
You can make adding a resume or any certain question a requirement in the Configuration table under Settings >Configure Fields > Applications.
Can we make certain questions required in order to move forward with the application?
You can create custom questions and make them required in the Configuration Table as well under Settings >Configure Fields > Applications >Additional.
If you wish to purge the application from your system you can go back to the application and client on Mark for Purge
