A member is appointed but the term counter reads zero so she's not showing up as upcoming term expiration.

A member is appointed and shows as a member of the Planning Commission with a term ending 06/30/2026 but the term counter reads zero so she's not showing up as upcoming term expiration.

Looking at your settings for this board you have it set so a member only counts the first term if they are in the seat for 75% of the calculated term.

And the member in the seat starting 7/1/2025-6/30/2026 which is only 33% of the calculated term of 7/1/2023-6/30/2026.

So if you want the term to count you will have to change the Term counting selection on the edit board page to 33% or lower but please refer to your by-laws on this before making any changes.
