Current member leaving before calculated term.

We have a seat that has a term that runs through 2029 but the seat needs to reflect that their term ends on 11/4/2025 and will need to run in the 2025 Election to fill the vacancy of the remaining 4 years.

What you can do is edit the latest appointment and then click on the vacate link under end date and put the date this person’s last day of the term will be and click Submit.

Then under Title click the +New button and name the new title to something that reflects the circumstances (example “Serving Until 11/4/2025” ) for the seat for the day the person’s term ends. When completed click Submit.

The seat will now reflect the seat term end and will vacate on 11/4/25
