Customize Application Form
You can add text to the top of your application form to make it clear that the red asterisk means applicants must fill out that field.
When logged into your OnBoardGOV solution, click Settings in the left hand navigation pane.
Now click Applications at the top of the settings page. (See image below)
You can then enter the text in the Form directions field. Note that you can format the text (bold, italic, etc.) to make it more obvious. Scroll down and hit Save and the form the public sees when applying will have that new language.
