Our Town Council created a new task force. They appointed members but did not have them fill out applications through OnBoard. How do I create this Task Force in OnBoard with the members that were appointed with no applications?
If the appointees on this Task Force are not listed in OnBoard you add them on the fly when filling the seat.
When you click on Fill Seat click on the +New button under board member
This will open up a new page to create the member in OnBoard. Fill in the name and click on Create.
This will add the new member's name on the Fill Seat page. All you will need to do is complete the Full Seat page click Submit.
The name will now appear on the board.
You can always go back to the member under members -> Manage Members and then click on edit to add any missing needed information.
