Is it possible to print a report of my boards and commissions with members and their affiliations listed? Our Republican and Democratic town committees request this information often.


You can run a Board Member Report and configure it to include the board name, party affiliations and any other information you need. 


In Filter by Seat, you would want to include active and expired under the Appointment Status to only include current members.






You can sort the results by any way you wish.

If this report will be frequently run it can be saved to be run again and can be shared to other users by naming the report, clicking on the share box and clicking on Save As.

To go back to the report click on Saved Reports in the main menu and clicking on Load next to the saved report you want to run.
