We have a term that was originally entered incorrectly. It had the seat for 3 years when it should only should have been one year.
I went in and made the adjustment, received a message reading something to the effect of this change will only take effect for new entries, will not affect current.
What I need help on is how do I modify the current seat?
To change it to 1 year, you will need to edit the seat and change the Term Seed Date as well as the Term Length.
However, while OnBoardGOV allows you to change the seat information, it only applies to a seat that is empty.
So, if you delete the latest appointment for that seat, the seat will automatically change.
Then you can fill seat and add the person back with the correct term.
