The board seat will remain shown as active until the day after the end date then the seat will show as vacant.
You can fill the seat in advance as well putting the same date under Actual Start.
When you vacate a seat, it defaults to today’s date. If they resigned today, then the seat will be vacant at midnight. You can change the end date to any date you need when you vacate the seat. If you have already vacated the seat you can edit that ...
