We have seat(s) on our board that will be filled next month but we do not wish to show the seat as vacant on the public facing side. Can we hide the seat until it’s filled? 

You can set the seat to Mark as being filled under Actions on the Manage Board page. 

The seats are now shown as being filled on the public page.  

And under the timeline will show that the seats are not filled but will switch to active on 6/30/24.
