I would like to embed our boards into our website. How can I obtain the URL to implement the iFrame?

You can embed the main OnBoardGOV landing page in your municipal "Boards and Commissions" page by using the public portal web-address. This is generally something like onboardgov.yourcity.gov.

If you want to embed an individual OnBoardGOV page into your municipal webpage for that specific board, use the Unbranded format. This will remove the navigation at the top, preventing users from navigating to a different board (i.e. Planning Board) while still being on the original board's webpage.

To use iframe for incorporating OnBoardGOV into your municipal board pages, you must copy the unbranded page URL.

  1. Go to the board you wish to use and click Manage
  2. Manage Board Button
  1. In the board basic information window you will see buttons for the Public view and Public unbranded view

Unbranded Button
  1. Click Public unbranded view and it will open a new tab in your browser that will eliminate the navigation tabs. You will see the URL for this page. This is the URL you will copy into your municipal webpage to use in your iFrame.
  2. Unbranded URL Copy
Each board has a unique number in the web-address. You can repeat these steps to embed each board into its respective municipal webpage.

If you do not use the Unbranded view, users will have the navigation buttons in the top banner, as pictured below.
