I just vacated a seat and the status did not change from active to vacant.

OnBoardGOV uses the default date of the date you vacate the seat so if you use today’s date the appointment remains active until the end of the day and then tomorrow will show the seat as vacant. 


All you will need to do is edit the latest appointment and change the end date to the actual end date of the vacancy. 


The seat will now show as vacant. If you need the date to remain today, just leave it and the seat will show as vacant tomorrow.
