I have someone whose application has been validated. Now the applicant would like to withdraw their application.
I have someone who applied and has a validated application, now they would like to withdraw their application. What is the best way to do this?
What you can do with this application is to mark it as Withdrawn in each board the applicant applied for.
First go to settings -> Board Application Status and create a Withdrawn Status and make it so it's hidden from the board view.
Then you can go to the board(s) the applicant applied for and under applications click on manage for the application you want to change.
Then under Manage choose withdrawn and any notes you might notes you might need to add.
The application will no longer show on the board but you can see the application by clicking on the hidden link.
