For historical requirements we need to add history to seats that currently no longer exist on the board.


The first thing we want to do is to create the seat on the board that you need to add history to. Keep the seed date as current.

You now can start adding members and the start and end dates of their term under Add History. If the board members are not in the system you can create them on the fly by clicking on the new button next to the name. 


As you add members you will see that the seat history will be seen on the right.

Once all the historical appointments have been added you can verify everything in the seat history page. When everything has been verified you can disable the seat. 


The seat will no longer show up under Enabled Seats but will be visible under All Seats and in the Timeline
