Creating Board Meetings

Creating Board Meetings

Go to Quick Meeting Creation in the main menu. From here you can schedule meetings by adding the name of the meeting, the time and date, the length and whether the meeting is singular or recurring.

You can also create meetings in the Activities Board under the Actions tab in Boards & Commissions.

If you choose to create a recurring meeting, you can configure when the next and future meetings occur. In this case we set the meeting to occur monthly on the first Tuesday of each month from 6/4/2024 until 7/30/25.

When you submit you will get a list of the meetings individually. From here you can edit or delete each meeting.

You can also click on Manage Calendar and you can either download an .ics file of these meetings that you can import into Outlook or copy a link to download an .ical file to import into most cloud based calendars.
