I would like to provide a link to our agendas and minutes on our board information. Can this link be embedded into the text? 

If you click the 3 dots, you will see an option for hyperlink.  

In the Write tab, highlight the text that you want to link, click the hyperlink icon and you can paste the address into the link box. You can create the link into the message by adding the Link Text. 

In the Preview tab you will see how it will look on the public side of the page. 

If everything looks good click on Save and you will be all set. The link will be in the text.
